About The RoleOur client is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, results-driven Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to 2 senior executives in a dynamic and high-growth environment. This position will serve as both the face of & gatekeeper for the executive’s office, proactively coordinate, manage, and keep track of necessary schedules, projects, and commitments, and contribute to program coordination for transformation initiatives. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing sensitive matters. Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on key issues. Program Management: Lead and manage strategic projects and programs with minimal direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational efficiencies. Stand up and implement a talent management framework to support the growth and development of the team. Develop and establish a product management operating model that enables inspection, coaching, and continuous improvement. Oversee the business unit’s budget, including financial planning, capitalization, talent allocation, and technology investments. Delegate access and ensure financial planning is conducted well in advance.
Monitor project progress, track results, and address challenges by regularly meeting with key stakeholders to ensure commitments and priorities are met. Nurture team culture by establishing team rituals, running town halls, and organizing offsites. This includes strategic accountability for the timing and topics of these events to ensure they align with team and business objectives. They will love to chat if you have:
