About The RoleOur Client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to senior Engineering and Marketing leaders. This role requires a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates the needs of executives, and effectively manages competing priorities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, an unwavering attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. What You'll Do: Calendar Management: Develop and execute a strategic scheduling approach for multiple leaders, ensuring alignment with priorities and business goals. Communication Coordination:

Serve as a key point of contact for executives, managing correspondence, scheduling calls, and proactively handling follow-ups. Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring executives are equipped with necessary information and documents. Information & Document Management: Maintain sensitive and confidential records, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. Operational & Project Support: Assist with special initiatives, research, and analysis as assigned by leadership. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, optimizing logistics for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Meeting Facilitation: Lead and support large-scale meetings (e. g. , All-Hands), taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are properly communicated. Team Engagement & Culture Building:

Help to plan and execute office events that foster connectivity and recognize significant milestones for employees. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail. Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer proactive solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Highly adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful, self-starter mentality. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Experience managing multiple executive calendars and prioritizing requests. Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Drive) preferred.

Ability to push back when necessary while maintaining diplomacy and professionalism. No travel required for this role. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
