About The RoleOur client is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding of new client accounts, from contract signing to go-live. Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, the role involves working closely with client benefit teams to understand goals, configure plans, and manage project timelines.
It requires strong collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates will have excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Developing and executing implementation plans tailored to each client's needsManaging multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring all projects stay on trackConfiguring client accounts within the platform, including setting up benefit plans, user roles, and integrationsConducting client training sessions to ensure effective platform adoptionCollaborating with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition post-implementationAbout YouYou have a knack for grasping new concepts rapidly and can adapt swiftly to changing priorities and environments. You have an insatiable appetite for learning and are always seeking to understand the 'why' behind processes and decisions.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality. You have a natural talent for organizing, planning, and executing projects efficiently, always keeping the end goal in sight. You can articulate complex ideas simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements3-5+ years of experience as an implementation manager or related experience within SaaS, start-up, healthcare, or benefits space. Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong project management and software delivery experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects remotely.
Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices in the SaaS industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
