About The RoleThe Strategy Analyst / Associate is a high-visibility, hands-on, and dynamic role within the Emerging Products Team. The role will support daily operations, drive operational improvements, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning to enable high-impact business decisions during an exciting chapter of growth.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and entrepreneurial with a strong bias to action – with 1-3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) or a high-growth startup. This is a remote-first role with occasional (~1x month) travel. Responsibilities and Duties:

Build out processes and own the development of deliverables end-to-end to support emerging product lines Analyze claims and cost savings data to drive insights for reporting and product improvementConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunitiesDevelop financial models and data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business performanceEvaluate potential partnerships and new business opportunitiesAssist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholdersWork cross-functionally with commercial, analytics, operations, and product teams to execute strategic projectsSupport strategic planning, reporting, and forecasting processes Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field2-3 years of experience in top management consulting, strategy, tech, and/or startup Operation or Product roles High-performing self-starter and independent contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverablesComfortable operating in ambiguity and flexing between high-level strategic thinking and executionDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of end-to-end accountability and autonomyExcellent interpersonal, relationship development, and verbal communication skillsRequired:
