As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit experienced and motivated General Managers for Resorts to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece's most iconic destinations - Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete. The General Manager is responsible for leading a resort's operational strategy, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of resort management, staff leadership, and guest relations. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personal interaction and effective service delivery from all departmentsAchieve budgeted revenue and profit goals while maintaining focus on cost controlsRecruit, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and effective management teamOversee the day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with resort policies and standardsPrepare and review operating reports and financial statements, providing insight and direction for improvementImplement marketing strategies to enhance the resort's presence and attract new guestsDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat businessMaintain the resort's facilities and grounds to the highest standardsEnsure all department managers are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to perform their jobs effectivelyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferredAt least 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management or a related roleProven leadership skills with a collaborative approachStrong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecastingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staffAbility to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in developing and executing marketing strategiesKnowledge of revenue management techniques and practicesProficiency in hotel management software and MS Office SuiteA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesBenefits Competitive renumeration package Dynamic, friendly and supportive working environment Strong Internal Mobility & Career Advancement Opportunities within SWOT Hospitality Wellbeing Matters:
