The management, leadership and development of the Department of Critical and Integrated Care Dentistry (CICD) for Sydney Local Health District Oral Health. CICD encompasses special needs, geriatric and hospital dental service delivery, with both a specialist and generalist scope of dental practise for patients with complex social, medical and structural needs.

This role will lead the delivery of high quality dental services to the medically complex dental patients of SDH-OHS and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and may also involve service delivery at other SLHD clinical facilitiesFor more information, please view the Position DescriptionIdeal CandidateFull registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a dentist. Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams using analytical thinking and problem solving to overcome challenges. Demonstrated output of teaching, education, research and continuous quality improvement activity.
