ROLE PURPOSEWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our commercial activities in Poland and lead our network of sales agents across the Baltic region. This position is pivotal in driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of sales performance in line with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage direct market operations in Poland while coordinating and developing agents operating through private entities across the Baltic countries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarket Ownership (Poland):
Take full responsibility for the Polish market, driving direct sales activities, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities to grow market share. Agent Management (Baltics): Recruit, train, and manage a network of independent sales agents operating in multiple Baltic countries. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies tailored to both Poland and the broader Eastern European region. Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to remain competitive. Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs and sales objectives for both direct operations and agents.
Monitor performance regularly, conduct evaluations, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients, business partners, agents, and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure exceptional service standards. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on regional performance for senior management. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director (Eastern Europe). Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities adhere to internal policies and regional legal frameworks. Maintain accurate documentation and records of sales activities.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND BACKGROUNDBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in sales management within the Baltic region. Solid experience in managing independent sales agents and direct market responsibility. JOB DESCRIPTIONStrong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of Baltic markets, including local business cultures and practices. Ability to travel regularly across the region. Proficiency in English and Polish is a must; other Eastern European languages are beneficial. Prior experience in the lighting industry is essential.
