Job Title: Lead System Architect – PEGAAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead System Architect with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust solutions using PEGA. As the Lead System Architect, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Customer Value Management (CVM) within the IT team, driving architectural changes to support the evolving needs of the CVM function. You will provide technical leadership across design and project management, ensuring high-quality deliverables optimized for performance, best practices, and future scalability. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable PEGA solutions that meet business requirements. Act as the SPOC for CVM initiatives, facilitating architectural changes to support team needs. Provide technical leadership in solution design, project management, and implementation. Optimize code for performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with enterprise architecture. Guide and mentor development teams on best practices and technical standards. Stay updated on evolving PEGA technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions. Lead decisioning projects as a certified PEGA Lead System Architect.
Contribute to Runtime Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Blueprint & Design solutions where applicable. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of experience in developing large-scale technical architectures. PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) is required. Proven experience working on decisioning projects as an LSA. Strong expertise in PEGA decisioning, runtime architecture, and integration architecture. Proficiency in Java with extensive experience in developing multi-tier applications using Java, Tomcat 5. 5, and WebLogic servers. Experience in web services such as SOAP 1. 2, WSDL 2. 0, and XML 1. 0 is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience with PEGA Blueprint and Design Solutions. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and tools. Knowledge of cloud integrations and DevOps practices.
