About the job: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident People and Culture Business Partner based in Bratislava, to join our P&C team and play a key role in the success of Synpulse.
As a P&C champion you will act as the main Business Partner to your stakeholders responsible for Slovakia. You will be responsible for the execution of regional and global P&C initiatives locally, and for providing the business with guidance on key topics including Organizational Design and Change Management, Performance and Compensation, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations. This role will report to the Head of P&C EMEA and is responsible for a team of local Operations, Talent Acquisition Team and People Operations and as such will be accountable for P&C excellence.
Key Responsibilities Act as the trusted partner and advisor to business leaders, ensuring (P&C) strategies are tightly aligned with organizational goals and evolving business priorities. Drive the execution of key P&C initiatives and annual processes by fostering strong cross-functional partnerships across regional and global P&C teams. Deliver expert, pragmatic HR guidance on all local P&C matters, supporting leaders an employees with effective advice. Ensure operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, leveraging the support of the Senior P&C Specialist to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
Continuously enhance P&C processes and contribute to policy development, ensuring alignment with global standards and full compliance with Slovak employment laws and regulations. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader to ensure seamless integration between TA and P&C processes, delivering a cohesive and engaging experience for all new hires. Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, including immigration authorities and benefits providers, ensuring smooth and compliant interactions. About you:
Qualifications And Experience Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience and 2 years of team management in a fast-paced, multinational and matrix environment Strong experience in a variety of P&C disciplines including organization development, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits Proven track record of successfully executing on HR strategies and initiatives Previous experience of working within a virtual global team A degree in HR, Management or comparable qualification Experience in the technology, consulting or Finance industry a strong advantageKnowledge and skills Ability to influence and coach stakeholders, and inspire confidence through timely, thorough and accurate delivery of information In-depth knowledge and experience in Slovak law Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Proficient in HRIS system and MS Office SuiteValues Committed to operational excellence Autonomous, proactive and solution-driven Collaborative and open mindset, with an appreciation for diversity of thoughts Highest sense of ethics and confidentialityRequirements Proficient command of professional Slovak and English a mustSalary for this position starts at 3200€ gross, final offer will be adjusted based on actual candidate´s skills and experience.
