The OpportunityWe are searching for our first marketing leader—a visionary and hands-on Head of Marketing to build our marketing function and shape a new global narrative. You will be at the forefront of solving one of the most pressing challenges of our time: making the robotic revolution trustworthy. You will execute a dual-pronged strategy: establishing Syntonym as the undisputed B2B leader for our technical audience, while simultaneously launching a broader public conversation about the importance of visual data privacy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the autonomy to build something truly revolutionary. What You'll DoArchitect B2B Strategy: Develop a marketing strategy that establishes Syntonym as the thought leader and default choice for technical buyers in the robotics, automotive, and smart city sectors. Champion Public Awareness: Design and launch creative B2C-style campaigns (leveraging PR, social media, and powerful content) to educate the public on the privacy implications of AI and robotics, positioning Syntonym as the solution that enables progress without a surveillance state. Define the Brand:
Own and evolve our brand identity and messaging to resonate deeply with both technical leaders (Heads of AI/ML, CTOs) and the public. Build the B2B Engine: Design and scale a powerful demand generation engine across all relevant channels, including developer communities, technical webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM). Master Technical Storytelling: Translate the complex interplay of AI, robotics, and privacy into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and demand. Enable Sales: Partner closely with Sales and Product to develop powerful sales enablement materials that articulate our unique value in the rapidly evolving robotics landscape.
Build the Team & Own the Numbers: Recruit a high-performing team, manage the marketing budget, and implement the analytics to measure the success of all initiatives. Who You AreYou have 5+ years of marketing experience with a rare blend of B2B SaaS expertise and a proven track record in B2C brand building or public advocacy. You know how to earn trust from both technical buyers and the general public. A Proven Startup Leader: You thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and possess a "player-coach" mentality—you can set the vision and roll up your sleeves to execute.
A Visionary Storyteller: You have an exceptional ability to distill highly technical and societal topics into clear, compelling, and emotionally resonant narratives. A Hybrid Marketer: You have hands-on experience across the marketing mix, from technical demand generation to broad-reach brand campaigns. Data-Driven: You are obsessed with metrics, using data to make decisions, prove ROI, and continuously optimize performance for both B2B and B2C efforts.
