You can work from our office in Riga or remotely as long as you are located in Latvia.Do you have hands-on experience with Linux systems, cloud technologies and building reliable secure infrastructure? If so, we’d love to hear from you—please submit your application to join our team!Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Linux/RedHat systems in Worldline's production environmentEnsuring high performance in accordance with SLAsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issuesPerform regular system updates and patch managementParticipate in disaster recovery planning and testingMaintain compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant security standards in the Linux environmentIn a Cloud context, responsible for deploying, managing and operating systems on the Cloud platformsThis position requires on-call duties according to rotational shift as this is support to business-critical systemsWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Systems Administrator or Systems EngineerExpertise in RedHat, CentOS, and Linux administrationUnderstanding of cloud architecture, principles, and best practices, with hands-on experience using tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planningAdvanced problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to optimize system performanceExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenA proactive, analytical team player capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasksExperience within financial services or payment processing is considered as a plusA degree in Computer Science or a related field is considered as an advantagePerks & BenefitsAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
