Together with subsidiaries in Brazil, Canada, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Scotland, and the USA, our client now employs around 1,200 people.As a System Administrator, you are a part of our Client's Global IT team and you are the official representative of the office located in Koog aan de Zaan location. You responsible for all IT-related matters at this location. You ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment and provide prompt support to colleagues facing technical issues. You are also responsible for the procurement of hardware and software, including invoice verification. Additionally, you handle the onboarding and offboarding of employees.You report directly to the local CFO and functional to the IT organization in Germany.Your responsibilities include:Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleaguesManaging systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365Coordinating with external IT service providersPerforming maintenance on our IT infrastructureProcuring and verifying hardware and softwareManaging applications, including ERP systemsHandling IT-related onboarding and offboarding of employeesYour profile: A higher professional education (HBO) degree in ICT, Computer Science, or Business IT & Management.You have at least 3 years of relevant international work experience in a similar role, or at least 10 years of work experience with an MBO diploma.You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft environments (AD, M365, Windows OS, etc.).You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written. (German is a plus)Competencies:You are proactive, solution-oriented, service-minded, and have strong communication skills. You are familiar with working in an international environment. You have experience with license and hardware management. You have strong administrative and organizational skills.
