Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a contract with a client in Atlanta, GA / New York, NY(Hybrid). Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows technologies and Active Directory to effectively manage end-user computing environments.Rate Range: $49/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.System Administrator Job Responsibilities IncludeManage and maintain end-user computing environments, including Microsoft Windows technologies and Active Directory.Provide technical support for assistive technologies, such as Microsoft Narrator, Magnify, ReadAloud, and ZoomText ReadWrite.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.Collaborate with developers, integration engineers, and third-party vendors to support system integration and service delivery.Document incidents and resolutions accurately using tools like ServiceNow, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.Stay current with emerging technologies and certifications, recommending improvements to enhance accessibility and system performance.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration and infrastructure support.Proven expertise in Microsoft Windows technologies, Active Directory, and End User Computing (EUC).Experience supporting assistive technologies such as Microsoft Narrator, Magnify, ReadAloud, and ZoomText ReadWrite™.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
