Job Title: System AdministratorEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Infrastructure & Managed ServicesPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in SonicWall firewall administration and VMware virtualization to join our Managed Services team.The ideal candidate will support multiple client environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure across on-premises and cloud-based systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support SonicWall firewalls across client networks — configure VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, and high availability.Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi environments, including virtual machines, templates, and resource allocation.Proactively monitor systems using RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise Automate, Site24x7, ManageEngine, etc.) to identify and resolve potential issues.Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy across multiple clients.Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, MSP360, Datto, etc.).Assist with new client onboarding, infrastructure assessments, and system migrations.Support Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and email security configurations.Collaborate with helpdesk teams for escalated support and incident response.Document client network topologies, system configurations, and change logs.Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical system alerts.Preferred Skills & Experience4–8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or system administration, preferably within an MSP.Strong expertise in SonicWall (NSA/TZ series) — VPNs, SSLVPN, NAT, and SD-WAN.Solid understanding of VMware virtualization (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and virtual networking concepts.Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.Familiar with RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise, ManageEngine, or equivalent).Knowledge of Azure AD, M365 tenant administration, and endpoint security.Basic scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) preferred for automation.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Certifications (Preferred)SonicWall CSSA / CSSPVMware VCPMicrosoft MCSA / MCSE or CompTIA Network+/Security+Skills: sonicwall,group policy,infrastructure,active directory,azure active directory,connectwise,vmware,esxi
