Job Title: System Analyst – RPA (Blue Prism)Domain: Shared Platform Experience Level: Junior L2 (3–5 years) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst – RPA (Blue Prism) to join our Shared Platform team. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders and RPA developers to design, document, and deliver automation solutions that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and documentation skills, an understanding of system workflows, and a keen interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.Key Responsibilities:1. Requirement Gathering & AnalysisEngage with business users to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements for automation opportunities.Identify process improvement areas suitable for automation and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) workflows.Evaluate feasibility and prioritize automation candidates based on business impact and technical complexity.2. Documentation & DesignPrepare and maintain detailed project documentation including:BRD (Business Requirements Document)PDD (Process Design Document)FSD (Functional Specification Document)Ensure documentation adheres to internal standards and RPA best practices.Define business rules, data mappings, and exception handling procedures.3. Collaboration & Solution DesignWork closely with RPA Developers to ensure clarity of requirements and design alignment.Participate in design reviews to validate automation workflows and integration logic.Support feasibility assessments and provide inputs for system interfaces and data exchange requirements.4. Testing & Deployment SupportCollaborate with QA and business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate test cases and ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.Support post-deployment activities including issue resolution and change requests.5. Continuous Improvement & SupportCollect feedback from stakeholders post-implementation for performance tuning or enhancements.Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide user support as needed.Maintain proper version control of documentation and update change logs.Skills and Qualifications:Must Have:3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in IT or automation environments.Strong experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRD/PDD/FSD).Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and business teams.Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server environments.Knowledge of .NET, SQL, and Java for understanding system integrations and backend logic.Experience working in Open Systems environments.Good to Have:Hands-on or conceptual knowledge of RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere (AA).Understanding of RPA lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment stages.Awareness of RPA best practices, governance, and exception handling frameworks.Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.Key Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented and organized in documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude towards learning automation technologies.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on impactful automation projects in a global environment.Collaborative and innovation-driven workplace.Exposure to the latest RPA technologies and digital transformation initiatives.Career growth and learning opportunities in emerging tech domains.📩 To Apply / Contact: Nelson 📧 nelson@kamlaxglobal.com 📞 +60 016-620 2541
