This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into high-quality technical deliverables.Key Responsibilities:-Drive the system requirements lifecycle from abstract product vision to detailed specifications.Validate user requirements for feasibility and ensure alignment with business objectives.Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.Work with Solution Architects and system teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.Minimum Qualifications:-At least 1 year of experience in managing technical/system requirements lifecycle.Strong business and technology knowledge of consumer banking products and services, including:Retail and Consumer BankingCredit/Debit CardsATM and Payment SystemsInternet and Mobile BankingAbility to verify user requirements and provide support during UAT and implementation.Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business and IT teams.Preferred Skills :-Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking.Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Why Capgemini is uniqueAt Capgemini we don’t just believe in Diversity & Inclusion, we actively go out to making it a working reality.
