System Analyst

Job Description:1. Analyze and evaluate business requirements related to POS systems and convert them into clear, actionable system specifications.2. Gather, document, and maintain business processes, data flows, and system integration needs.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations) to deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.4. Work on enhancements, new features, and system integrations.5. Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements.6. Assist in testing (functional, regression, integration), ensuring that solutions meet both functional and technical specifications.7. Provide technical documentation including flow diagrams, data mapping, and API specifications.8. Participate in UAT and provide post-deployment support to resolve production issues and collect feedback for future improvements.Requirements:- Develop automation scripts and tools for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and backup/recovery of databases using infrastructure as code (laC) principles.-Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems for database performance metrics.-Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup strategies for databases to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of failures.-Maintain version-controlled configurations for database servers, ensuring consistency and repeatability across environments via IaC.-Automate routine tasks such as database backups, schema migrations, and data archiving to improve operational efficiency.-Develop database high availability and replication solutions to meet the requirements of critical applications.-Develop standardized operational procedures within the DBaaS framework to ensure the consistent provision of highly available solutions.-Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 availability and timely response to critical incidents.-Conduct Data Warehousing routine and ensure Database Performance to serve
