Senior Systems Solutions Architect - Onsite - KarachiCompany Overview:Hiring one of our leading innovator in research and development, delivering cutting-edge solutions that transcend industry boundaries.Job Description:ResponsibilitiesDevelop an overarching technical design for Sangfor, ensuring integration of all requiredfeatures and modules as specified by the product team.Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in the architectural framework.Collaborate with development teams to translate design into functional solutions.Implement industry best practices to maintain high-quality standards.Conduct regular performance evaluations and optimizations.Define the scope of the project, including key deliverables and timelines.Establish a comprehensive technical architecture aligned with client needs and business goals.Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and deployment requirements.Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment between all parties.Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including:Technical requirementsArchitecture diagramsDeployment plansCollaborate with the departmental head and clients for accuracy and completeness.Conduct technical reviews of code and design to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary modifications.Provide training and development opportunities for technical staff.Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledgeManage and address technical support requests from clients.Work with development teams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.Coordinate with the departmental head to ensure a streamlined support process.Continuously monitor industry advancements to maintain technical excellence.Implement new methodologies and technologies that align with the companys and Sangfors best interests.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science15-18 years of experience in IT SalesAbility to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.Understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.Ability to assess complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.Capable of guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers.Other Details:Location: SaddarExperience: Minimum 18 years in this role and Pre SalesTimings: 9am to 5pmSalary: Market competitive as per experience and competenceAbout HR Ways:HR Ways is an Award winning Technical Recruitment Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
