System Architect

We Are Hiring: System Architect – Wireless, MIMO, BeamformingA unique opportunity to take a leading role in architecting advanced end-to-end wireless communication systems, working with cutting-edge technologies and top-tier R&D teams.What will you do?• Lead the system architecture and design of complex end-to-end wireless systems• Define and manage multi-disciplinary system requirements with internal R&D teams and external partners• Drive complex engineering trade-off analysis with cross-functional technical experts• Own the full system requirements lifecycle: definition, design reviews, integration, verification & validation• Define system architectures and methods to enhance wireless system performance, including:Beamforming, Massive-MIMO, Array Synchronization, Multi-Beam, Calibration, Pre-Distortion, PA Linearization, Compression• Define control flows, system logic and telemetry to improve system robustness and efficiency• Collaborate with high-performance R&D teams to deliver breakthrough technology in a fast-growing domain Qualifications:✔ BSc in Electrical Engineering✔ 7+ years of experience in designing wireless systems, including hands-on lab testing and integration✔ Experience defining system requirements across SW/HW/FW domains – architecture, interfaces & flows✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and lead technical activities✔ Strong teamwork, multi-tasking and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:⭐ Deep knowledge of wireless communication systems and core building blocks: Beamforming, MIMO, Channel Estimation, Coding Theory, etc.⭐ Experience with DSP algorithms such as DPD/CFR, DFE, Cancellers⭐ Hands-on experience developing wireless communication systems end-to-end⭐ Familiarity with communication standards: 5G / LTE / WCDMA / GSM / Wi-Fi⭐ Creative, innovative, fast learner and strong knowledge-sharing mindsetYou can send dicrctrly to orit@spsjobs.co.ilYou can visit our website for more positions: www.spsjobs.co.il
