Become part of the Thales team of experts at one of the leading providers of training & simulation in Europe.We look forward to meeting you!Your MissionRequirements Analysis: Understanding and analyzing the needs of the organization and translating them into technical requirements for the systemSystem Design and Architecture: Developing the overall structure and specifications of the system, including its various subsystems and componentsIntegration: Ensuring that all the different parts of the system (hardware, software, etc.) work together seamlessly Testing and Validation: Planning and conducting tests to ensure the system meets the specified requirements and performs as intendedRisk Management: Identifying potential technical risks throughout the project lifecycle and developing mitigation strategiesTechnical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical reports, specifications, and other documentation related to the system's design, development, and performance Collaboration: Working closely with various stakeholders, including military personnel, other engineers (electrical, mechanical, software, etc.), project managers, and contractors Technical Oversight: Supervising the implementation of the system, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards Cost Estimating: Developing cost estimates for products and ensuring they are completed within project budget We look forward toA master's degree in a relevant engineering fieldSeveral years of experience in areas such as systems engineering, integration, or systems architectureHands-on mentalitySystems Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and understand how different components of a system interact. Requirements Engineering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting system requirements. System Design and Architecture: Developing system models, specifications, and architectures. Model-based systems engineering: hand-on experience with tools such as CapellaIntegration and Testing: Ensuring different parts of a system work together and verifying system performance. Communication Skills: Effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Teamwork and Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Managing tasks, deadlines, and documentation efficiently. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
