A defense company is seeking a System Engineer to join its team!The company’s offices are located in Rehovot, Israel.Position Overview:System engineering for the development of electro-optical systems – Head-Up Displays (HUD) for pilots.Collaboration with development teams, business units, and international clients (aircraft manufacturers and advanced aerospace industries).Defining system requirements.Requirements management.Leading design reviews.Technical leadership of multi-disciplinary development processes (electronics, optics, mechanics, firmware/software), system integration, and testing in coordination with development teams and clients.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electro-Optics / Aeronautics – Mandatory.Master’s degree in Systems Engineering / Electro-Optics / Electronics / Physics – Advantage.Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering or development of complex multi-disciplinary systems – Mandatory.Background in hardware/electronics, including experience with ICD documents, system architecture documents, and requirements management tools – Mandatory.Proven experience in preparing significant technical documentation, leading design reviews, and working directly with end customers.Strong system-level thinking – Mandatory.Team player with excellent collaboration skills – Mandatory.Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams – Mandatory.High-level proficiency in English: speaking, writing, and reading – Mandatory.
