Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization.What You’ll DoInstallation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security PatchesExperience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshootingNetwork (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer File & Print Services design and troubleshootingLead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.What You HaveEducation: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in an IT company or related technical roleStrong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network issue resolutionDetailsWork Shift: Night Weekdays: Monday to Friday Commure is committed to creating and fostering a diverse team.
