System Engineer-EV

Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Battery Management System (BMS) Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of battery management systems for electric vehicles (EVs). This position is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in BMS development.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze customer requierments and define BMS system solution for EV lithium-ion batteries• Create internal system requirements and coordinate overall development activities including software,hardware,testing, etc.• Support customer system/vehicle integration, testing, and troubleshooting for field issues• Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirements, design specifications, and test reports.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from battery pack develpment and project managment to ensure seamless product development.• Maintain a good customer releationship and satificationQualifications:• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in BMS development, SW, HW or system integration.• Familiarity with battery technologies such as lithium-ion cells, battery modeling, and SOX estimation methods.• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python.• Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, or I2C.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to hold meetings and presentations• Good teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of Automovie SPICE and functional safety standards• Experience with development of battery systems.
