Join IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division as a System Engineer for an innovative aviation project.The position includes:Leading the system through all development stages, from design to operational readinessDefining and managing system requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documentationLeading system engineering processes, including system-level testing in IsraelCoordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, including aerodynamics, thermal analysis, mechanical design, performance, control, dynamics, avionics, structural analysis, and materialsParticipating in local activities such as test preparations, execution, problem investigations, and proposing creative system-level solutionsAnalyzing test results and preparing technical reports and presentationsWhat we’re looking for:BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering – requiredAt least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary System Engineer in a complex project – requiredPrevious experience in the development of airborne systems – an advantageFamiliarity with complex systemsGood to know:At IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division, you’ll work in an environment that combines world-class expertise, advanced technologies, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.The MELAM plant within the division serves as a leading center for system design, development, and engineering, leveraging breakthrough technologies to deliver some of the most advanced solutions in the world.Our portfolio includes air and missile defense systems, space and launch technologies, command and control systems, precision strike capabilities, and simulation and training solutions.As a System Engineer, you’ll play a key role in defining, developing, integrating, and testing advanced airborne systems while leading system architecture design, requirements management, engineering coordination, and system-level reviews.
