The role includes coordinating requirements with software and hardware departments, as well as verifying and validating various assemblies under the engineer’s responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Technical lead of development activities for complex multidisciplinary Semiconductors Metrology Tools and ModulesDefinition of Hardware and Software requirements, high-level Design and inter-system Interfaces. Driving implementation of these by Functional teamsLeading Integration activitiesDesign and perform hands-on experimentsTroubleshooting and identification of system failuresWorking with Development teams, Operations, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and CustomersWork Interfaces:Internal Interfaces: Development departments, operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.External Interfaces: Clients, suppliers, and occasional travel abroad for on-site system support.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineeringMaster’s degree – AdvantageMinimum 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a focus on large scale, multidisciplinary systemsMinimum 5 years of industry experienceExperience in the semiconductors industry – Strong AdvantageExperience developing Metrology Tools - Strong AdvantageX-ray based Metrology - AdvantageStrong analytical skillsIndependence with a proactive approachEnglish fluency, both oral and writtenWillingness to travel abroad occasionally
