System Implementor Specialist - Hospital Information System

Our clientele ranges from small clinics to one of the largest hospital operators in Indonesia.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented System Implementor to join our team and support the successful implementation of our Hospital Information System (HIS) across client hospitals. The ideal candidate has a combination of technical understanding and practical knowledge of hospital workflows, with the ability to bridge communication between IT teams and healthcare professionals.You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle — from preparation, configuration, user training, Go-Live, to post-implementation support. This is a full-time on-site role for a System Implementation Specialist located in Tangerang.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the planning, setup, and configuration of Hospital Information System modules according to hospital requirements.Coordinate with clients to gather user needs and translate them into system configurations.Conduct user training and system testing to ensure successful adoption.Support data migration, validation, and Go-Live activities.Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.Collaborate closely with internal teams (developers, project managers, and support staff) and hospital stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.Document implementation progress, user feedback, and improvement opportunitiesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or a Nursing/Medical professional degree with strong interest or experience in hospital management systems.Experience:Minimum 1 full project Go-Live experience, preferably involving a Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation.Hands-on experience in system configuration, user training, data migration, and post-Go-Live support.Familiarity with hospital workflows, clinical processes, or healthcare administration is an advantage.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams (IT, clinical, and management).Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight schedules.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL will be an advantage.Willing to travel and work on-site at client hospitals when required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with EMR, LIS, RIS, or other healthcare software.Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, ICD, etc.).Basic understanding of database and networking concepts.
