System Integration | Ashdod | IAI – ELTA SystemsWe are looking for a System Integrator to join the Intelligence Systems Directorate at ELTA and take part in a unique, highly technological role integrating advanced multi-disciplinary intelligence systems.The position includes:• Integrating complex intelligence systems involving software, sensor interfaces, and algorithmic components (including AI)• Leading system upgrades, installations, and capability enhancements• Working with subcontractors from the defense and civilian industries• Integrating advanced algorithms (AI) and next-generation system capabilities• High-level interaction with customers, ELTA experts, and cutting-edge technologies• Matrix work environment in close collaboration with software development teamsWhat we are looking for:• B.Sc. / Practical Engineer / Technician in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science – required• At least 1 year of experience in software/system integration – required• Familiarity with modern software infrastructure – required• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills• Experience from elite technological IDF units – advantage• Advantage: background in software systems engineering, intelligence systems, image/RADAR/SAR processing, algorithmic integration, and multidisciplinary system environmentsGood to know:A groundbreaking technological project is launching — and we’re looking for the right person to join!ELTA Systems is a globally recognized technology leader in RADAR, SIGINT, EW, communications, and integrated defense systems.In this role, you will be part of a unique and challenging integration team working on complex intelligence systems, advanced algorithms, and full-scale upgrade and installation processes.
