You will manage systems to meet delivery commitments, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate across teams to drive improvements. Your responsibilities include onboarding customers and meters, delivering contracted services, optimizing processes, maintaining documentation and sharing insights.More specifically, you will be:Providing customer support to our Heat & Cooling and Water business units with focus on high customer satisfactionManaging system and technical onboarding for all Norwegian customersIdentifying opportunities for sales growth and operational improvementsTroubleshooting issues and driving initiatives to enhance service performance and operational efficiencyYou will help shape the future of smart energy solutions where your technical expertise and customer focus will power solutions that actually matter. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the intersection between customer service and IT, preferably within the energy or telecom industries.To succeed in this role, we envision that you have:Proficiency in working with SLA’sProven track-record of being in close contact with customers and handling complex deliveriesExperience with CRM systems or case management systemsA customer centric mindset with a structured and reliable approach to workA technical and analytical mindsetAs we are an international organization and due to our customers, it is important that you are fluent in English and Norwegian.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
