Your key responsibilities include:Running experiments on pre-silicon SoC environmentsAnalysing the performance of various Arm components (CPU, Interconnect, etc.) using real-world server and networking use-casesAssisting in the bring-up and behavioural understanding of these use-cases on future platformsIdentifying performance bottlenecks and contributing to viable solutionsYou’ll be encouraged to share your insights widely across the company, promoting Arm’s core beliefs and behaviours while embracing the opportunity to learn and grow within this impactful and highly collaborative space.Required Skills And ExperienceIn-depth understanding of Computer and System ArchitectureExperience conducting deep technical studiesHands-on expertise in software and hardware performance analysisSolid base in statisticsAbility to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams across multiple sitesFamiliarity with Unix, scripting, and source control systemsIf this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!Nice To Have Skills And ExperienceFamiliarity with one or more CPU instruction setsUnderstanding of Arm architecturesExperience with compilers and/or device driversFlair for lateral thinking and creative problem-solvingFamiliarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog and front-end designExperience with Ruby, Assembly language (preferably Arm assembly), and programming languages such as C or C++Accommodations at ArmAt Arm, we want to build extraordinary teams.
