System Support AnalystOur client seeks a skilled System Support Analyst to maintain and administer their networked computer systems. Responsibilities include:Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructureTroubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal system performance and securityManaging user accounts and access rightsPerforming system backups and disaster recoveryCollaborating with IT team on new site setups and infrastructure projectsStaying current with industry trends and best practicesRequirements:Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field3-5 years of experience as a System Support Analyst in a hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud and on-premises)Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and Azure Active DirectoryStrong knowledge of TCP/IP network stack and related servicesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skillsValid Ontario driver's license and ability to travelAbility to lift computer equipment and work flexible schedules
