Seeking Active Directory & User Access Support Associate to handle day-to-day user administration, group policy maintenance, and Office 365 license management for hospital and clinical users. Ideal for an experienced system support or network administration professional who enjoys solving access and account management challenges in a healthcare environment — all while working remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage user accounts, home folders, and network shares.Provide timely response and resolution for Help Desk tickets and access-related issues.Maintain Active Directory accounts, groups, and Organizational Units (OUs).Manage and update automation scripts and scheduled jobs.Assign and manage Office 365 licenses and group policies.Maintain documentation, runbooks, and procedures for account and access systems.Support internal Account Request and Identity Management systems.Required QualificationsAssociate’s degree or 2+ years of IT experience.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience with Active Directory or user administration.Ability to write or edit scripts (PowerShell preferred).Familiarity with Cerner, Eclipsys, or PACS access workflows.Knowledge of secure vendor remote connection tools (e.g., Securelink).
