System Tester

We are seeking a System Tester to oversee and guide testing activities across GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and internal systems. In this role, you will ensure system quality and reliability through rigorous testing to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in PNR creation, Jira test case management, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the creation and management of PNRs, including complex fare types and travel scenarios.Supervise automation of ticket issuance via internal systems by masking and queuing PNRs.Review, validate, and troubleshoot test outcomes, ensuring clear documentation and effective coordination with development teams.Ensure test cases in Jira are updated accurately and reporting is delivered on time.Oversee quality control processes including ticket voiding and cancellation.Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to the testing team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.Proven experience in leading or supervising a testing or operations team.Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.Preferably candidates with a hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is highly advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Be Part of the ATI JourneyOur aim at ATI Business Group in working with our clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand.
