We believe in solving complex problems with clarity, collaboration, and precision — and we’re looking for a Systems Analyst who thrives in that mindset.What You’ll DoAs a Systems Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, ensuring that every story, specification, and document is complete, consistent, and actionable.You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories, clarify business logic, and strengthen platform understanding across teams.Refine complex or technical user stories in partnership with Product, Tech Leads, and EngineersDefine and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business rules and platform constraintsProactively identify information gaps, inconsistencies, or edge cases before development beginsMaintain clear, current documentation for system events, service designs, and end-to-end workflowsTransition working boards and ad hoc notes (e.g., Miro) into version-controlled design documentationEstablish and champion standards for documentation quality and traceability across squadsSupport impact assessments and change analysis across downstream systems and data flowsAct as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementationWhat We’re Looking ForThrives in complex technical environments where clarity drives speed and qualityCommunicates effectively with both business and engineering teamsHas strong analytical thinking and documentation skillsUnderstands modern software delivery workflows and system dependenciesBrings experience working with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows (preferred)Location:Candidates must be able to work core hours aligned with the UK timezone (GMT ± 1) to ensure real-time collaboration with the team.This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be able to work full UK business hours (GMT/BST) to ensure effective collaboration with our client and team.
