Systems & Metrics Support CoordinatorJob Title: Systems & Metrics Support CoordinatorLocation: Port Elizabeth - Office-basedSalary: R11,000 – R12,500 per monthAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a tech-savvy, organised, and proactive Technical Support & Project Coordinator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. This position plays a key role in providing end-user support, coordinating business projects, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with a small, friendly team and support ongoing projects related to CRM, project management, and business data processes. Job ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support – Provide first-line assistance across core business systems, resolving issues, managing user access, and keeping documentation accurate and up to date.Quality Assurance & Testing – Support testing and validation of system updates, data uploads, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.Documentation & Process Mapping – Maintain clear process flows, workflow diagrams, and user guides while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.Project Coordination – Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring progress across projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.Metrics & Reporting Support – Prepare and manage metrics data and reports, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple reporting systems.Professional and Personal AttributesTech-savvy - comfortable learning new systems quicklyExperienced with end-user supportProject based experience Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skills.Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in technology and data-driven work. A strong communicator and team player, someone who enjoys collaborating with others and takes pride in high-quality work.Ideally experienced in end-user support, customer service or project-based environments (1–3 years experience preferred)
