Systems Engineer – Requirements & Verification

Assignment Description:We are looking for a Systems Engineer with an interest in requirements definition, requirements analysis, requirements breakdown, and ensuring assurance regarding how these requirements are tested and verified.In a relatively small and flexible organization, you will have a great variety of tasks, work throughout the entire project lifecycle, and have the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects while playing a central role in delivering new defense capabilities with high quality.Examples of work tasks:Requirements analysis and identification within active and upcoming projectsRequirements breakdown and allocation to ensure clear requirements for the correct subsystemsEstablish requirements traceability to ensure assurance between requirements, design, implementation, and testingDevelop verification strategies — determining where and when subsystems should be tested to ensure a functional final deliveryPrepare test specifications for different subsystems ahead of testing eventsExecute and analyze test results to ensure that the system functions according to requirementsWhat you bring:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or MechatronicsAbility to analyze complex systems and identify issues at an early stageAbility to write clear technical reports, requirement documents, and test plansExperience working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teamsUnderstanding of Systems Engineering processes including Requirements Analysis and Specification, Traceability and Change Management, Test Methodology, and StrategyExcellent command of both Swedish and EnglishThis position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations.
