We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Supply Chain R&M Purchasing Procurement diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.

What you will be working on:

Liaise with Supplier, Engineering and related teams on project requirementsAct as main liaison contact point with suppliers and usersPrepare recommendation slides in power point for management decisionDevelop improvement and procurement strategyResearch and evaluate suppliers’ attributesNegotiate technical and commercial terms and conditions in contracts and project assignedCoordinate and meet contract renewal milestonesIdentify and mitigate supply chain and related risks for each project/contractManage Freight (Air/Ocean) for equipment and parts delivery (include import and export)Process all Project Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) are performed in compliance with SOP and agreed terms and conditionsAppend and improve current databaseManage supplier list (add, remove, append supplier details)Sourcing of assigned commodities and expand supplier baseMeet tight project schedulesConduct supplier Audit or Site inspection (when project calls for)Maintain and manage inventory and consignment stock with good inventory turn.

Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc request for parts and service support from operations and repair teamPrepare weekly/monthly/quarterly report for review, monitorData preparation, formulating, executing workable strategies on new projects to meet company objective (Quality, price reduction, lead time etc)Work on sourcing replacements from different sources for obsoleted partsYearly review and revision of OI and SOP to ensure documents are up-to dateOther ad-hoc tasks assigned occasionally to support overall department/company’s initiativeMore About You:

Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering / Science / Business/ Computer Science/ MaterialsPossess strong interest in Supply Chain, Procurement Repair and Maintenance is a plusMinimum 2 years’ experience with achievements in supply chainFresh Graduates with High Motivation and Curiosity is welcome to apply.
