We’re searching for an Associate Engineer to be part of our Thin Film CVD Process diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.
ResponsibilitiesTo assist CVD process engineers in production line related activities to achieve operation goalsPerform shift duties (12 hours) to support production line related to CVD to ensure process integrity of tools for productionMonitor and sustain SPC (fine tuning of processes) to ensure quality of products meet requirementsAssist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddyObtains data of products affected by tool faults & dispose products according to procedure within expected timeObtains data of products exceed defects warning limits and dispose products according to procedure; Ensure suspected tool recover to baseline defects performance before release for production run.
Obtains, review and analysis defect and WAT data for products as per procedureProvide proper and accurate pass down of line issues, outstanding tasks and document properly.
Able to take over pass down and follow up on outstanding tasks diligentlySet-up metrology recipes in respective metrology tools of thin film area and able to perform regular house-keepingEnsure and follow good housekeeping and job safety practices when work in office and in fab areaCommunicate with relevant parties during shift works and Escalate in time at situation defined as per sop definedMaintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the ModuleParticipate in Transform PlatformRequirementsDiploma in Microelectronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Chemical engineering, Chemistry & PhysicsCandidates without experience are welcome to apply, trainig will be providedBasic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system and electrical wiring systemGood Team PlayerGood Problem-Solving skillsAble to perform 12-hour rotating shift (day/night) and work under pressureAble to work in clean room environmentSSMC is committed to equal employment opportunities and abides by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
