Systems Support

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Systems Support professional. As a member of the technical team, responsibilities include providing technical support to staff and clients, performing troubleshooting to resolve systems, maintaining system infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance and security. The role will also involve monitoring, identifying, and solving technical problems proactively to minimize downtime. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve system issuesStrong Analytical Skills to assess technical problems and devise effective solutions.Experience in System Administration and maintaining secure, efficient OT environments.Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members and providing user support effectively.Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Abuja.Proficiency with relevant systems, tools, and technology. Certifications in relevant fields are an advantage.supporting Access control systems, Gates Automations, Building Automations systems, Servers and cloud servicesmaintianing systems PPM via the smartcheck PaaS!
