Job Description

T200 is a non-profit, volunteer community focused on empowering women in technology, with over 1,000 C-Suite and senior leader members.  T200’s mission is to inspire, educate, celebrate and advance women’s leadership in technology. Job Summary: This role is responsible for advancing the mission of T200 by deepening engagement across all membership levels and elevating the organization’s presence in the broader technology, corporate, and executive leadership landscape. Reporting to the Board Chair and Vice Chair, the Executive Director works in close partnership with Board members, Committee Chairs, members and partners to shape and implement T200’s strategy.

This leader will guide the continued growth and operational scaling of the organization. Required/ Desired Skills:

 ●      7+ years of management experience leading operations for a nonprofit or membership organization setting ●      Experience managing and conducting programs for volunteers and/or members ●      Demonstrated commitment in advancing women’s leadership in technology●      Relationships with technology community leaders●      Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including members, partners, and funders ●      Experience in fundraising and nonprofit/membership revenue generation, preferably in corporate engagement and sponsorship ●      Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills ●      Experience interacting with “C-suite” constituents and board members●      Familiarity with financial accounting, vendor management, and tax-related requirements governing nonprofit organizations.

 ●      Ability to be flexible and responsive to board and member needs and schedules in a virtual, global organization ●      Ability to virtually manage and support remote employees and vendors on varying time zones●      Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business or nonprofit management – masters preferred Location: Remote, ET/CT/PT time zone preferred Position Type: Average 40 hours per week, includes weekends and evenings for at least 5-7 hours per monthEmployment: Self-employed contractor contracted via a third-party organization Key Responsibilities Vision and Strategy:

●      Support a strong Board of Directors and continue to cultivate board involvement and engagement in strategic priorities, external partnerships, and committee engagement. ●      Strengthen and expand the member community. ●      Drive strategic partnerships and thought leadership opportunities to raise T200’s profile externally. ●      Support the execution and innovation of programs across all membership levels. ●      Ensure strong governance and operational excellence in collaboration withT200’s board and committees. ●      Supervise an Operations Manager along with third-party vendors. Business Development/Fundraising:

●      Work with the Business Development Committee Chairs to implement a business development strategy that maintains a diversity of fundraising through partnerships, sponsorships, individual giving and revenue generation through events and programs. ●      Explore the viability of creating a membership model for corporations and individuals. Operations & Finance●      Collaborate with the Finance Chairs to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sound fiscal controls to ensure growth and sustainability. ●      Drive the implementation of financial management processes including annual budgeting, cash flow, income statements, and expense management.

Marketing and Communications ●      Collaborate with the Marketing Committee to refine all aspects of communications from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger, consistent brand. ●      Maintain regular communication with the Committee, community, and stakeholders via member communication channels. Committee & Member Management and Programming: ●      Manage the operations, strategy, and cross-collaboration for T200 committees: tech, careers, engagement, event management, business development, finance & risk, membership. ●      Design, develop, and support in-person and virtual events.
