Job Opportunity: Office Manager – Finance / Management / Accounting Profile 🌟📍 Location: La Marsa, Tunisia🕒 Office Hours: 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM (Monday to Friday)Taa Marbouta Language Centre is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, management, or accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic educational environment. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative TasksWelcome and assist students and visitors at the front desk. Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally. Maintain filing systems (student records, invoices, attendance sheets, working hours).

Manage office/classroom supplies and handle printing, photocopying, and scanning. Student Support & Follow-UpMonitor attendance and feedback forms. Support with accommodation logistics and transport coordination. Fully coordinate logistics for intensive sessions and large student groups (incl. WhatsApp group management, responding to inquiries, ensuring smooth operations). Teacher & Class CoordinationPrepare classroom materials and handouts. Print schedules and class lists. Ensure whiteboards, projectors, and classrooms are ready for use. Assist teachers with resources and collect student feedback/test results. Centre Maintenance OversightMonitor cleanliness and order in all facilities. Report repair needs. Track and purchase office refreshments and supplies.

Event & Activity SupportAssist in organizing internal events, workshops, and student trips. Manage participation lists and logistics. Marketing & Communication (basic support)Update noticeboards with announcements, course schedules, and events. Other DutiesRun small errands (bank, post office, event snacks). Provide full logistical support during peak periods. 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset with initiative to handle unexpected tasks. Professionalism, discretion, and a welcoming attitude.

Experience in a school, training center, or hospitality environment is a plus. Fluency in Arabic, French, and English preferred. 🔹 What We OfferCompetitive net salary of 2,000 TND/month.
