Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to support our Finance team in driving business insights, planning, and decision-making. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates with around 1 year of experience in finance, who are eager to grow their financial skill set in a dynamic startup environment.
What You’ll DoAssist in developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial plansConduct detailed financial analysis to monitor performance and support decision-makingBuild and maintain financial models for business case evaluation and scenario planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support strategic planningTrack financial performance against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and trendsSupport financial control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in reportingDeliver recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and insights to finance and leadership teamsWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldApproximately 1 year of relevant experience in a finance functionStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSolid skills in Excel and financial modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communicator and team playerFMVA or CMA certification (completed or in progress) is a plus
