TABLEAU / Β.Ι. Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau Β.Ι. Expert to join our team. The Tableau Β.Ι. Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, databases, sql and Tableau software, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.Utilize Tableau Desktop to create interactive visualizations, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data sets.Optimize Tableau performance by improving data sources, query performance, and dashboard design.Maintain and update existing Tableau dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.Provide technical expertise and support to users, including troubleshooting issues, conducting training sessions, and promoting best practices.Stay current with Tableau software updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve data visualization capabilities.Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to integrate Tableau solutions into existing data infrastructure and workflows.Document Tableau development processes, standards, and guidelines for knowledge sharing and future reference.Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive business value.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.Strong proficiency in data visualization principles, best practices, and techniques.Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify insights.Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate solutions within established timelines.Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.Tableau Desktop and/or Server certification preferred.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role and is not exhaustive.
