About The JobThe Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic development and execution of Taco Bell’s Category Entry Point (CEP) strategy in close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners. This role will help shape the product strategy, define brand positioning, and support communications development for key CEP platforms. The goal is to unlock step-change growth by identifying and activating incremental occasions for the brand.
The Day-to-DayDrive long-term brand transformation, incremental transactions and same store sales growth via innovative and consumer-centric marketing & product innovation:
This role will be responsible for helping drive the CEP Team Pillar of the business, for the Taco Bell brand and ultimately executing omnichannel marketing campaigns in support of the pillarLead creative and idea brief development to align internal creatives and external agencies to deliver bold work that will step-change growth for the businessManage and inspire agency partners to develop compelling and engaging consumer communications, from briefing to creative development and launchPartner with Product Marketing team to design product comms briefs that are anchored in breakthrough consumer insights, supported by clear and concise product benefits/RTBsDevelop cross-functional relationships to facilitate alignment discussions to progress key workstreams and projects, including but not limited to program development briefs, creative development and launch plan.
Lead strategic alignment & project management across Comms, Food Innovation, Operations and beyond to strengthen the 2025 pipeline and build for 2026Partner with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Digital, Social, Media to develop robust, multi-channel activation that effectively engages target consumersProvide onboarding, ongoing training and effective coaching to Direct Report(s)Coach direct report(s) to support on all actions and lead key "calls for work” briefings to finalize creative and digital tactics across teams internally/externally based off idea developed.
