About Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP)Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler, with over 42,000 colleagues, operations in 31 countries across three continents, and more than 600 million consumers served daily.We make, move, and sell the world’s most loved drinks: including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Monster, Costa Coffee, and a growing portfolio of low and no-sugar beverages while driving sustainable growth through innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to our people and planet.Our ambition is clear: to create long-term sustainable value by delivering excellent service to our customers, empowering our people, and achieving our target to reach net zero emissions by 2040.CCEP’s Procurement CoE in Sofia is a key enabler of this ambition, bringing together diverse, high-performing teams that deliver procurement capabilities across Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.Role Purpose Reporting to the Procurement Enablement Lead, the Tactical Buyer is responsible for executing tactical sourcing events within CCEP’s Tactical Sourcing process framework.The role ensures compliant, timely, and value-driven sourcing execution, supporting multiple markets and categories while leveraging CCEP’s digital sourcing tools and governance framework.Responsibilities Ensure compliance with sourcing thresholds and apply the appropriate sourcing approach (e.g., simple price requests or multi-supplier RFX events). Create and manage tactical sourcing projects in procurement system. Engage with Business Stakeholders and Category Managers to gather requirements, scope, and budget. Conduct supplier selection, run RFX events, and negotiate commercial terms. Prepare and coordinate contract creation and publishing. Record and validate sourcing savings and maintain audit-ready documentation. Ensure transparent communication, accurate status updates, and alignment with category direction. Act as a key point of contact for internal requesters and suppliers during tactical sourcing events. Identify consolidation opportunities across sites/regions to drive incremental value and improve sourcing efficiency. Support working capital objectives through sourcing choices aligned with category direction. Provide support across STP and Procurement operational activities as required (e.g., supplier onboarding, vendor master data coordination, and related process support).QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar discipline. 2 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or related fields (e.g., sales or commercials roles). Proficiency in digital sourcing and procurement systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and German.Preferred: Experience in FMCG procurement across multiple markets. Proficiency in additional languages such as French or Spanish is a plus.
