We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Tactical Planning Officer. This role is instrumental in advancing the company’s strategic and operational initiatives through comprehensive data analysis and effective cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:Conduct analysis of PSP and PHI data to support the RDD team in developing volume tables and other planning tools.Compile and prepare survey data for use in Delmak, Delmik, RKU, RKS, and RKT planning processes.Interpret data to identify growth trends and estimate stand potential.Support the Tactical Planning Head in formulating budgets and annual work plans aligned with departmental objectives.Liaise with government agencies to facilitate boundary delineation for IUPHHK-HT working areas, RKT execution, and other survey-related activities.Oversee and ensure the proper tracking, maintenance, and preservation of IUPHHK-HT working area boundaries.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Forestry, Geography, Regional Planning, or a related discipline.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tactical planning or forestry surveying.Proficient in data analysis with a solid understanding of PSP, PHI, and forestry planning methodologies.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in engaging with government stakeholders.⚠️ Please note that the entire recruitment process is free of charge.
