The Influencer Manager role is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to lead impactful influencer campaigns that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this position, you will take ownership of developing and executing influencer strategies, managing end-to-end collaborations with creators, and building strong relationships across the influencer and talent landscape. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of social media, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for storytelling through creator partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals and resonates with our audience.
Reporting into the Brand or Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving reach, engagement, and brand affinity through innovative and data-driven influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across multiple channels. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, talent agencies, and partners. Source, vet, and negotiate with influencers for brand campaigns, ambassador programs, and content collaborations. Manage influencer outreach, contracts, briefs, content timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand messaging and goals.
Track, analyse, and report on influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc. ), using key metrics and learnings to optimise future campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging talent to keep our approach fresh and relevant. Manage influencer budget allocations and ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and brand standards (e. g. , FTC compliance). Key Requirements: Strong network of influencer contacts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. ). Proven ability to plan and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and platforms Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and present recommendations. Passion for trends, digital storytelling, and creator communities.
