TAG Heuer is seeking a Marketing Intern for its Tokyo office, starting in January 2026. We are looking for someone available to work long term (ideally for one year), 3-5 days a week, 3.5-7 hours a day. The TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, self-confident people who are connected to the future.Department/Section: Marketing team, TAG Heuer Division, LVMH Watch & Jewelry Japan K.K.Position: InternshipMarketing Internship - Mission Overview:Part of the Marketing department of TAG Heuer Japan you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of marketing activations, by contributing to the construction of 360°execution plan, by developing events and partnerships, in order to build awareness, contribute the elevation and desirability of the brand, and develop the customer relationship and the brand growth.■Marketing360°operational management of new launches in interaction with HQ and all business departments.Reporting: reports on our launches and animations, KPI analysisCompetitor tracking and reporting on Launches, Event, Media campaigns & strategy. ■Trade MarketingParticipation in the organization and implementation of store events (Monthly in store animations for our FSS and FRS, Opening of stores events)Ensure all events reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and identity, and deliver seamless, elevated experiences.Analyze event ROI and make recommendations for future improvements.■Sponsoring & PartnershipHelping in growing our partnerships and sponsorship to reinforce the brand positioning, recruit, engage and upgrade client relationship.Organize and follow-up Porsche Japan ongoing activations (Porsche Golf Cup, Porsche Carrera Cup, Porsche Experience activations) with an excellence of execution and drive to store objective to boost sales.Identify opportunities with clubs to maximize brand awareness and recruit new clients.■E-commerceExecute Daily and monthly Sell out reports and analyze the performance.Ensure merchandising on e-commerce and e-retail sites is accurately listed and updated.Assist E-commerce manager with localization briefs for routine site changeovers and/or seasonal animations, requiring the consolidation of online marketing assets from HQ.Support in creating and executing newsletters, email marketing campaigns to engage clients and drive e-commerce sales.Job Required:Proficient in MS Office applicationsExcellent command of written and spoken English & JapaneseProactive and curious mindsetGood attention to detail and accuracyStrong planner, problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDrive to succeed and deliver, enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsBeyond marketing skills, good sensitivity of Luxury industryConditions:Start: From Jan 2026Duration: Long-term, ideally 1 year (but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements), with the potential for extension up to 2 years.
