POSITION SUMMARYThe Account Manager serves as a key relationship manager for our client, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and strategies. This role oversees a portfolio of creative and marketing projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, trust-based relationshipsUnderstand client needs and proactively recommend solutions that align with their business goalsAct as the initial escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolutionProvide strategic input and insights during monthly and quarterly client meetingsProject OversightManage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from briefing to final deliveryCoordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media) and external vendorsEnsure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlinesIdentify and troubleshoot workflow or asset management bottlenecksFinancial & Operational ManagementAccurately quote projects, manage budgets, and track financial performanceOversee invoicing, forecasting, and monthly financial reportingSupport the budgeting process and ensure compliance with internal controlsMonitor site financial targets and contribute to action plans for revenue or cost optimizationCollaboration & ReportingWork closely with the internal Production Studio and Client Services teamsMaintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide status updatesPrepare and present performance reports and KPIs to senior client sponsorsContribute to account planning and identify opportunities to expand servicesJOB QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, handling client briefs from start to completionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Strong understanding of creative production processes and campaign workflowsExcellent client servicing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management toolsSolid understanding of financial processes including quoting, invoicing, and forecastingExperience in digital marketing, Tech is strongly preferredWorking ConditionsThis is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
