Accounting Intern-Summer Internship 2025

Your role will involve assisting with various accounting functions, supporting the team in various financial processes, and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in accounting databasesSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliationHelp prepare financial reports, summaries, and reports for managementParticipate in month-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliationsConduct expense analysis and assist in tracking budgetsCollaborate with team members on special projects related to financial reporting and complianceGain exposure to financial software and tools utilized in the accounting functionsRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentEnthusiastic about learning and growing in the accounting fieldPrior internship or coursework in accounting is a plus but not required
