Bank Muamalat is also a member of Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia, further enhancing customer trust. Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Takaful Specialist based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Takaful Specialist will promote and sell Takaful products, deliver consultations about Shariah-compliant insurance plans, and provide excellent post-sales customer support. The individual will establish strong relationships with clients, enhance the bank’s Takaful penetration rate, and ensure compliance with product guidelines and regulatory policies. Collaboration with internal teams on targeted campaigns and initiatives is also a key part of the role. Qualifications Sales and marketing skills, including promoting financial products and communicating value propositions effectivelyExcellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of Shariah-compliant financial and Takaful productsTime management, organization, and ability to work independently in a hybrid settingRelevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Islamic BankingPrior experience in financial services or insurance sales is a plus
